I’m using the Galaxy S25 Ultra on Android 16 with One UI 8.0. My device runs well, but I’m not receiving the latest features, AI updates, or software patches that many other S25 Ultra users already have.
My Galaxy Store region also doesn’t match my CSC even after resetting and confirming my configuration. Because of this, some apps, modules, and beta programs are not available.
I kindly request guidance on:
• Why my updates are delayed
• How to receive the newest One UI features
• Whether AI tools and new Samsung apps will roll out to my CSC
