After an update this now happens. How do I turn this software off 

Editing to add location services are on for this app 

•••••solved. If anyone comes across this and has the same issue mine was the AirDroid app. Uninstalled and it was fixed

What software is doing that not sure i have seen anyone mention that about update happening my guess vpn

There is nothing in the update that would cause your location to be blocked. You must have some third party app interfering. Or Divine intervention is trying to prevent you from betting online. Are you using a VPN?

I am not. I don't even know how to use a vpn on my phone.

Sounds to me that you're using a VPN or denying actual location services to use a gambling site. Also, a browser that allows private browsing can cause that.

I've never seen that screen before in Android or One Ui.  You've had to download a app to block your location and the app that your trying to access has to check for your location and the state has blocked it

I believe you but I don't know what app it would be😆I def didn't download it on purpose if one is there and I went through my app list and didn't find anything

Sorry but without know every app thats been downloaded on your device it would be kinda hard to pin point which one it is.  The nuclear option would be to do a Factory reset and don't re-install your apps and only download the app your seeing this message when trying to access and then re download each app individual and test which one it is.

Sounds like the gambling app has geolocation enabled to comply with Pennsylvania law and geolocation is being bypassed thus the block on it.
