Now Brief pulls from Samsung News. You can choose your preferred sources within the Samsung News app.

You can already choose your news sources.  Open the app and choose where you want to receive news from.  You may still receive some headlines from the "editor's picks" that are not from your preferred sources, but you will generally get the news from the sources you select.
