@Kevin327 Click the Dual app volume button to turn it off.

@Kevin327 This is a setting in Sound Assistant.

  1. Open Sound Assistant
  2. Click on Customize volume panel
  3. This is probably already enabled
  4. Click on the Custom button at the bottom 
  5. Click on Dual app volume so that it is grayed out
