Designed keyboard didn't transfer to my new S25 Ultra but still remains in Keys cafe

Upgrading from an S24+, my designed keyboard didn't carry over but still exists in Keys cafe. There is no "apply" button & I did download the design to the S25 to no avail. Restarting the phone didn't work. Solution?
