Dear Samsung Support Team, As a devoted Samsung user, I've reached a critical point of frustration with the video recording quality on my Samsung S25 Ultra. Despite my loyalty to the brand, evidenced by the multiple Samsung devices I've purchased for myself and my employees, the recent decline in video quality is unacceptable for a premium product. The removal of the embedded warm filter in video recording adds a layer of inconvenience, especially when managing high volumes of video content for my business. I implore Samsung to address these issues promptly, or I will be forced to consider transitioning to a competitor, as the current performance does not align with the standards I've come to expect. Though moderators do appear here it's often just to remove spam and offensive posts that do not meet the rules and guidelines. It would be more effective, I think, to post your comments directly to Samsung's feedback section under the Support tab in this app.

guess what? nothing would change, samsung will stick to their mission and vision, for now samsung focus to make their device as thin as possible, camera isn't their focus at the moment

 

if you don't like camera from S25 series, then please go other brand that suit your taste, everybody has different taste of video quality
