Open the Members app, then at the bottom, click on "Support". Then under the Quick help section click on "Send feedback", click on send mail icon to begin to compose the suggestion, choose the category you think is best, then compose the suggestion and send away.
What kind of more options do you need? You have a choice between colors from your selected wallpaper or an array of basic colors. Do you need more colors? The blinking notification dot on older phones was an embedded LED. Samsung phones don't have them. I don't know if they ever did, but if they did, I don't think they will be coming back.
