Galaxy S25am trying to figure out how to delete custom added calendars that show in the list on the samsung calendar app but the only thing i seem to be able to do if i tap/hold on it is change the color coded labels of the given calendars themselves, i cant delete/unpair them in any way.
not on my old note 10+ nor my brand new S25 ultra.

Galaxy S25Oh, you meant *work* custom calendars. You should still be able to turn off the duplicate in the manage calendars settings.

Galaxy S25Try this. Even though you use Samsung Calendar, it's generally informed by and syncs with Google Calendar, as Android is Google and their calendar dominates. See if the work calendar appears in Google Calendar and then see if you can delete the duplicate from there if it does. Also, go to settings/accounts and backup/manage accounts and see if your work account is listed.

Galaxy S25if i try to tap/hold on the custom calendars in googles calendar or in samsungs it just gives me the option to change the color of the event labels, which no option to fully delete them off my phone.
what i havent tried is deleting both the apps, not just the stored data, but the app itself and fresh installing it without the work accounts gmail address installed under the accounts list in my s25 ultra an seeing it that changes anything.
i never had this issue with my note10+ though.

Galaxy S25You may have no choice but to reset the calendar by clearing the app data. This will not remove your events, it will only remove your settings, which you will then have to set up again. You may want to try it first on whichever of your phones is your backup device.

Galaxy S25Try going to Settings/Accounts and backup/Manage account. If you see the calendar there, delete it. If not when there, then see if you have a Samsung account tied to the device, click on that account name, then click on "Synch settings" and toggle off the calendar there. Same with the Google account if that applies. See if these suggestions work.
