Controller stopped working in Dex mode

After OneUI 8.0 update controller stopped working during phone screen off whenever I'm in dex mode. It's really frustrating to keep the screen on and then play games which was not the issue in ONE UI 7.0

I'm still waiting for the fix.

Having the same issue. Using Retroarch my controller will work fine on DEX until the screen shuts off. Then the only thing that works is the mouse pad

Same here. In the ONEUI7 it works just fine. The 8 it just works with the phone  screen on. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Its annoying, i bought a portable monitor, a bluetooth joystick, everything fine until i updated, i'm very annoyed. FIX IT!!! Since a month i've readed the first report abut this and samsung does nothing?

The only thing to be done currently is to force the screen to stay on when charging (developer options) and drop the brightness all the way to hopefully reduce burn-in. Samsung needs to patch this nonsense ASAP.
