I just purchased this phone for my kid. It's a monitored account. Somehow I missed approving the galaxy store for install on this S25 FE and now I can't find it anywhere. How can I get this app on this phone?
The Galaxy store is lart of the UI and cannot be uninstalled l. It's already installed on the device. If it's not on the home screen, look or search for it in the app drawer. Look for the Samsung folder at the top of the app drawer, it should be in there.
I don't know much about managed accounts and parental controls, but it's likely greyed out because you didn't allow it. You may have to release the parental controls and re-establish all the permissions for the apps again.
I'm the mom. I ended up having to unsupervise my daughter's Google account so I could factory reset her phone. Then we just started over and I made sure to select the galaxy store this time so now we're good!
