Im having same issues. I think we have same issues but i hear like if bluetoothhas like glitches or "sound over sound" . I use a Bose Quietcomfort for 3 years in my old Iphone 13 and HP Laptop and never happends. I tried hearing from soundcloud, google drive and also with local file (wav and mp3) and i have same issues . This is terrible

Having same issue, upgraded from an S21 to S25+ and the Bluetooth sound quality is terrible. Same as you mentioned no bass, kick or sound depth and way more quiet. Changed settings to be the same as the S21 and compared same earbuds and vehicle through bluetooth. Sound quality and loudness is way better on the S21. Even noticed while listening to podcasts there is a noticeable echo to the voices where the S21 didn't have that. Very annoying and disappointing, hopefully there's a fix or an update soon.

Found the fix after some digging!

Go to developer options and turn off "Disable absolute volume". Should be able to search it in settings aswell

Bluetooth audio is much louder now

I just tried this and it actually made the volume on the earbuds even lower than it was almost max volume on the phone and it sounds like its at 20% very unfortunate

Hi. to be more clear with all , the sound has like a reverb so the quality is poor and down becouse of this. The most noticeable part is in Transient or every song. Sounds really bad. I tried another headpones oneplus and it happend the same. I tried "restarting wi-fi and bluetooth" option and didnt solved it.

I dont have any EQ or Dolby Atmos enabled. All disabled and compared with others S24 phones (from friends )

Should we use warranty?

Hi guys, i solved the issue! Please do this steps and let me know if you solved it too, so then we can try to open a case to Samsung to facilitate this and you will see why.
I will explain the steps and why this issue occurs. I have my phone in Spanish so some translation can be wrong/not 100% equal to your phone.
I must do this EVERY time that you connect a Bluetooth device (headphones, speakers, etc.) that CAN work with AAC codec (i think here is the issue).
My testcase was:
Headphones: Bose QuietComfort I (One)
STEPS:
1. Connect Headphones to S25 normally (my case it connects automatically).

2. By default (not sure if its a config of Headphones or S25) the codec selected in "Developer Menu > Bluetooth Codec Audio" is AAC. Change manually to SBC.

3. Turn on "Developer Menu > Disable absolute volume"

4. Put volume on max in your Headphones, turn down the volume of S25. From now, you control the volume from your S25, not from your heaphones.

Thats its. For me i have to repeat step 2 every time that i connect my Headphones. It's not so comfortable, but at least i can keep using my Headphones.

PD:
Lastly my Nerd part as Engineer debugger/testing (maybe Samsung should read this) the easiest way to test this issue is put some headphones that can work with AAC, put Bluetooth Codec Audio in AAC, put a low volume (30% or 20%) and see that you will hear artifacts/transient/reverb that it doesnt exist in the song. Its so hard to hear this with movies/videos. The best way is with music or some complex sound for testing.

Same issue here. We need to let Samsung know about this issue. The audio is absolutely horrible.
