The Beta is live for S25 Series!

Your device has to end in "U1" not "U". U means a carrier device. The only carrier that participates in Samsung's Beta program is 

T-Mobile! FULLSTOP!

I have an unlocked USA S25 Ultra but I do not have a USA SIM, I am not in USA, there are some tricks to join the beta.

Have you used an international SIM on the phone? What is the CSC for your service provider software version?

I have a SIM from my country, Nicaragua, my CSC is X. Xaa appears to me to join but when I give it, it tells me that it needs a US SIM.

Try searching for update after restarting the phone without a SIM card and connected to WiFi. With XAA, you should get the update without a SIM as long as the model number is U1.

I have the location in USA, VPN, USA and nothing looks, demands a SIM.

Turn phone off, remove current SIM card, turn it on, connect to WiFi without VPN and search for update. If that doesn't work, then wait for the stable release.

You have to have a SIM card in your phone. You cannot use a VPN!
