Hi, I updated my s25ultra to one ui 8 last week. But since Thursday, the battery usage is missing. I had cleared the cache and data of the Samsung device health manager service. I also cleared the cache and data of the device care app but the issue hasn't fixed. Is this a bug? Anything else can I do to fix this?

Try wiping the "cache partition" to see if that helps. Clearing the "cache partition" can help resolve any issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data. This procedure is recommended after system updates.

Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.

If that doesn't help, it may be a bug, so send feedback by going to the members' homepage, then choosing the third option (checkmark), then selecting feedback
