Galaxy S25Hello all
New here, I bought a samsung s25 ultra. I'm transferring everything over but can't get discover mobile or voya retire to work. The app just boots and says there's a problem. I thought it was i forgot my login but my old s22 and the browser log in no problem. I tried uninstalling the apps, clearing data and caches, making sure the phone is updated, allowing all permissions. Called discover tech support and samsung tech support but nobody can tell me why they aren't working. Chase, citi, vanguard etc all work no problem. Samsung suggested I bring it to a service center but that seems extreme for this. Seems like firmware or authenticator problems I'm not sure.
Any advice or similar issues with anyone else?

Galaxy S25Now it's time to put in an error report. When you put in an error report, the phone log is uploaded for examination. The developers should be able to tell what's happening or not happening - this can't be done by talking to a tech rep on a phone call. You can put in an error report by going to the support tab of the members app and tapping on "send feedback".
Out of curiosity, are you getting an error when connected to both wi-fi and mobile? Maybe turn one off and see if you still get the error, since it is not giving you a specific error message.
