Galaxy S25I'm dealing with the same exact issue!! AT&T informed me that they have escalated the issue to Samsung to the backend department for the unlock code and told me to contact Samsung directly, but Samsung is informing me that they cannot unlock my device, Only AT&T can. I'm dealing with this back and forth for almost 3 months.
