Applying color pallete to apps

Am I the only one who's kinda bothered about how the icons look when you apply color pallette to the icons and some of the icons doesn't change at all? Even some samsung apps doesn't change. Apple stole this idea from Samsung and made it way better. Here are some pictures of what I mean

Submit to the app developers to support material you icon coloring. It's not an OS issue its the developers.

It is an OS issue. This is not from a third party app

The color palette will only apply to icons for which the developers allowed changes. Some logos are meant to be distinctive and cannot be changed.

Yeah, Adobe is never going to let the Acrobat icon be changed, and would Snapchat even be recognizable?
