Adjusting volume in android auto

I have a samsung galaxy s25 ultra. whenever I use my android auto to listen to YouTube video through my car speakers and adjust my car volume, the audio automatically switches to my streaming music service cuts the YouTube video sound off and plays the streaming music audio. how do I fix this so that adjusting my volume only adjust the volume and not switch to a music streaming app that wasn't even opened.

This works for me on my Samsung Galaxy S24.

Go to Android Auto Settings
Turn off Start music automatically

This did not solve my problem. I had to delete Spotify. I need to reinstall and start over.

My volume changes when someone calls me and then when it goes back to the music its half the volume it should be.  I have to do something like a google search to force it back to normal.
