texts not all going through on chats

s24 ultra on t mobile.

both native samsung & Google messages have multiple users of my work group chat responding, but it goes to their individual threads as a download. it's not every chat, but enough that it's hard to follow the main communication from work. I do not have any settings that designate chat to individual answers, it's both android users & ios, as stated, I tried swapping messengers to the same result & phone is up to date from June security, where my troubles began. 

I have tried looking for updates, rebooting phone, placing in airplane mood & unseating & reseating the Sim card, suspecting a network issue. 

any insight?

I think T-Mobile might be having group chat issues. I have a message in a group chat that hasn't loaded since last night, despite rebooting and toggling WiFi and mobile data multiple times.

well, some messages go through, but others as they respond, go to their own thread, but as a download.
I agree it might be carrier issue.

It seems to be happening with MMS for me. SMS is fine.

it's to both services and stated before, yes.

I sometimes get this as individual instead of a reply in the group message. they're sms & i think it's an rcs issue

Mine does that as well. Neithe of the 2 messeging apps work that you will get seprate messages

I believe something was messed up with T-Mobile. I just reset mobile network settings and finally got my missing group chat/MMS messages.
