Help, downloaded an eSim which got corrupted and now unable to use my physical sims. I have tried hard reset, and program rest which doesn't get rid of the sim. The sim operator can't do anything as they say it is a bug on the phone

Edit: The main is now is that The physical SIMs does not work after the eSIM dies while it is provisioned, the phone refuses to provision the physical SIM without communicating and unprovision the eSIM. Still looking for guidance though on how to fix this

Sounds like you need to backup your important content and information, then perform a factory reset.

When you reset your phone, did you also reset the mobile network?. Try resetting your network settings and make sure you opt to reset the mobile network. I believe that's an option to check even if you factory reset your phone. If you don't reset the mobile network, the corruption will remain. Also, change your carrier if you can. They should have known this.

Yes, I have tried everything multiple factory resets and network resets, the network operator even reset the the sim from their end, it doesn't connect to any network anymore. It's a dead sim on a buggy phone from a horrible incompetent manufacturer

Well, perhaps you should contact Samsung support.  You can put in an error report through the support tab in the member's app, or you can call Samsung directly, or you can get remote help.  If your phone is still under warranty, they should repair or replace. But, unless you contact Samsung directly on one of their support channels, you won't get anything fixed.  This is a peer-to-peer user forum, and we can only offer advice help in understanding the software and settings.  We cannot fix anything.
