Voicemail icon not showing

I have checked the settings and it says they are on with badges on too. But I just checked my voicemail and I had 3 new messages with no voicemail icon ever appearing

Notifications >

App Notifications >

Choose Your Voice Mail App >

Click Notification Categories >

Click on top of every category :

Make sure Show as Pop-Up is on.

Go to Settings > Apps > Voicemail tap on Battery then tap on UNRESTRICTED if it isn't already
