Visual voicemail on an unlocked phone

I have an unlocked dual-sim S24U, and it didn't come with a voicemail app. Is there any way to get the system voicemail app installed, or am I out of luck?

Verizon blocks access to almost everything that's not theirs, even on unlocked phones.

Only thing they block is the Samsung Cloud you can still use VMM and pretty much everything else on a unlocked Samsung.   I only purchase unlocked and use Verizon

Yeah I'm waiting to see if they mean dual sim as 1 esim and a regular sim or 2 regular sims

I would consider one e-sim and one physical sim as dual sims.

Yeah but could also be 2 regular sims as @Robin621k  mentioned if its 2 reg sims its a non us model which doesn't support VMM

The poster has a non US model, visual voicemail mail is not installed, and it can not be side loaded.

Your device is not a US model. No US model has dual-SIM. This is the reason it will not install. You will have to access voicemail the old fashion way.
