Galaxy S24I took advantage of a Verizon offer in November where I bought a new Galaxy S24 and in return, after a 30 day period, I could get a free 75 inch Samsung TV. After multiple calls to Verizon I finally received an email with the promo code. When I try to redeem the offer on Samsung I get a notification that the item is out of stock or that the transaction cannot be completed and try again. I was not told at the time of the offer that this would be some kind of game where I have to spend hours on the phone being passed from one customer service rep to another and finally given a phone number to call that is perpetually a busy signal. Sick of this runaround and more than 3 hours spent on the phone thus far.
