You have to either set your  own network password, (you can also change the hotspot name, if you want) or use the pre-configured password.  Follow the instructions in @BrüZZi 's post.

I have an S22. Here's how I did it.
1) go to Settings
2) go to Connections
3) go to Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
4) turn on Mobile Hotspot. If you can't because it's grayed out, turn off Data Saver. To find Data Saver, go back and find Data Usage. Tap on Data Usage, and turn off. Then go back to Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
5) make sure Mobile Hotspot is on.
6) now tap on the words Mobile Hotspot
7) next screen, look for the password, which is your network security key
