Galaxy S24I just bought a new pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids (like today, 7/7/25) and I can't pair them. I understand that placing them in the charger and then removing them puts them in pairing mode. I then "scan" but they aren't coming up in my list of paired items. Anyone know what's wrong? I need help or answers.

Galaxy S24They do not pair automatically, you have to select them to pair. When you go to your Bluetooth settings and scan, new devices ready for pairing show up at the bottom of your list as available devices. You then select the device to pair. Some hearing aids have their own app and you have to pair through the app. You audiologist actually should have helped you with this. Try going to settings/accessibility/hearing enhancements/hearing aid support and tap to connect your Bluetooth hearing aids. They may have to be connected through accessibility rather than the regular pairing method, much the same way watches need to connect through the Wear app. Also, if you have an old pair of hearing aids, make sure to forget/delete them.
