My bluetooth has dropped connection to my speaker a few times so I went to clear the other Bluetooth cache and realized I can no longer access this from system apps. Did we lose that capability?

Same issue. Pretty rough when your phone won't connect to ANYTHING!

I finally found a solution for this! Just reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings in the "Reset" Settings

This can be found at Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.

After doing this I was finally able to connect my Quest 3s to Meta Horizon via bluetooth again.

Meta Support kept telling me to "Clear Bluetooth cache" that was greyed out in the settings,  i tried resetting the wifi and bluetooth settings and somehow it worked, hopefully it works for other devices too.

Thanks for this! I found this worked as well and just came to leave a comment. 🙂 Resetting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings also solved my issues with Bluetooth.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post this solution.  So now I'm waiting for a phone call to see if it worked.  But at least I now know about the reset options.

I had the same problem with my S22 Ultra since the recent update. I followed these steps. I've been able to get my car and earbuds working again. Thank you!

I came just to leave a comment as well and saw your much simpler fix. What finally worked for me was clearing the “cache portion” from recovery mode. The difficulty was in getting into the recovery mode. Lots of instructions out there indicating you now must use a USB computer connection. What I found out was that you must also allow the data connection so that the computer sees the phone as an available drive (probably so the drivers load). Once I tried that I was able to get to recovery and clear the cache partition. That resolved the poor Bluetooth connectivity issues. Why must “they” improve things to the point of failure! Very frustrated with Samsung.

There is an option search settings for "Reset Network settings" includes WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile data.
