Two Messages icon

Anyone else have two Mesages icon? How do I get rid of one?

It happened with the update. I tried to uninstall it but nothing happened. We will have to wait and see if Google will fix the issue.

@Max52 Google is working on this issue they released a update today that fixed it on some but not all

The update should have fixed it, you need to reboot your phone.

Just need to clear cache for One UI Home after installing the updated Messages.
