Galaxy S24I bought the S24 ultra and traded in my S23 Ultra. Samsung ended up losing my traded phone for 4 months, after they finally found it I received an email saying the port used for charging was broken and I wasn't eligibal for the $800 rebate and asked if I wanted my S23 Ultra back. I said yes and received my phone back. I called back to see if anything else could be done to help and once again they telling me if I didn't receive my phone back that they could have fixed the issue. I'm here to tell everyone that works at Samsung I will Never buy a Samsung product ever again.
