Anyone touch screen feel very delayed and sluggish. Scrolling feels very slow for me. I've been dealing with this since I've gotten the phone. Sometimes IL scroll and it'll be slow and then randomly accelerate out of nowhere. Even though I have these issues I somehow always pass the touch screen diagnostic test so I don't understand if it's a software problem or a physical one. Help.
