TikTok app keep forcing itself to open

Ever since I've had my s24 ultra I have noticed that tick tock forces itself to be open. If I have it open in the background and switch to another app, after a couple of seconds it will keep switching back to TikTok until I close the app entirely.

that actually sounds crazy... my youtube app has done that an oddly large number of times..
