The new 3-in-1 wireless charger only charges S25 series?

Just got the new rad looking wireless charger. Sadly it doesn't charge my S24 Ultra. It shows it's charging for a few seconds but then stops. Both the buds charger and the watch charger works. The only product review so far for it also says the same. 

Can anyone confirm if this charger doesn't like pre-S25 series phones? Thanks!

P.S. - turning off fast wireless charging makes it charge the S24 Ultra. So must be something connected with the fast wireless charging protocol.

I tried it on Fold 6, and I had mixed results. Issue is where coils are located. Exiting magsafe cases have magnet at wrong location. I tried it few days but at the end I returned

It charges for a few seconds but stops. So initial handshake is successful. Somehow it just can't maintain it.

I had the same issue. I used sticky mag ring and tried to find correct spot. At times it would work,but sometimes it would start charging and then stop after and hour or so.

At least yours works for an hour. Mine is just seconds. Currently debating for an exchange or just return it for a refund.

I added a note to my post. Turning off fast wireless charging fixed it. No fast wireless charging but it's charging. Hopefully just a software glitch and a future update will address it.

Must be something to do with the charger. I have fold 6 with a magsafe case and it charges well with the anker fast charger bought the Samsung charger today and same issues as top post

I faced similar issue with my S24 ultra (with magnetic case) and the charger.  The phone started charging when placed on the charger but then stopped after several seconds.  I read previous post and now tried to use it by disabling the fast wireless charging function in the phone.  However, I think Samsung should know this issue and fix it!!! ( and arrange repair / replacement if available!! ).

I just got in the new 3 in 1 charging stand and I am having issues with my phone doing fast wireless charging. 

Upon checking the power draw I see it starts around 4 watts then when it ramps up to 10 watts the phone completely stops charging shortly after without any error messages. 

Now I know this is a Qi2 charger but that should still work with Qi devices. I am using an official Samsung charging cable that came with it along with a 45 watt power adapter, and I have ensured I'm using a case that has proper alignment and is not too thick.

I have tested without a case, using different cables and power adapters, and even tried a different charger and that fast charges my phone wirelessly without issue. I will also say slow charging only with this stand also works so the issue just seems to be with the increase to fast charging.

Now my thinking could be wrong but maybe this is a handshake protocol failure of some sort since this is a new charger. But I wanted to check first just in case there was any other possibilities
