The UI completely changed.

This is a little ridiculous. Why doesn't Samsung have an option to try and new UI or keep the old? It entirely changed this afternoon and now I am having trouble finding my apps and different documents. I didn't even consent to an update. 

I can not wait to have this device paid off so I can go to iPhone and hope they don't do the same garbage.

With Apple , you have to keep getting the NEWEST iPhone , iPad , MacBook , or anything Apple . Once Apple updates the software , some of apps might ask for an update , and you'll get a message that says that you need the newest update to update the app .
I DID HAVE a ipod touch , but it would not receive anymore updates. So I couldn't update any of my apps.
I have a iPad . It's running the 15 something software. And SOME apps are saying that I need to update to a 16 something to update the app. So I like Samsung Galaxy phones better. I always wanted a iPhone , but not anymore. I want the newest Samsung Galaxy phone.

One Ui7 Completely changed the screen on my Galaxy S25+. The screen makes my pictures look like you looking through a xray machine for all my stuff including videos. How do I get back to my original screen settings?

@Disturbingly Sounds like you turned on one of the Accessibility features under Vision enhancement.

You don't have to consent to updates, you did that when you accepted the terms of service when you activated and set up your phone.
