They heard you, Samsung has brought back the ability to hide your Navigation Bar and Swipe Gestures.

You will have to download Goodlock and specially NavStar once installed toggled on NavStar, Enable extra gesture settings.

Go to settings. Display, navigation, show more, have fun again.

Ps. If you already have both apps and you are not seeing those options, Open Goodlick again scroll to NavStar, tap on the more, go to store, there will be an update waiting. For some reason it isn't showing up in updates

You have to press the gesture bar like a button to activate circle search. If the bar isn't there, then you would be pressing an on screen object that isn't the nav bar.

The circle search could go literally anywhere though. Doesn't need to be at the bottom where the nav & gestures go. You navigate constantly just to operate the phone. Would you circle search, what a couple times a month, maybe a couple times per week?

They aren't talking about the navigation buttons. They are talking about the navigation bar being present even when using swipe gestures. Like this1706379492156.jpg

That "nav bar" looks a lot like my Samsung Wallet way to pull up my cards on my S10+. Haven't gotten my S24 Ultra yet to see just what you're talking about as far as navigating.

I don't have the 24. That screenshot is from my 22 Ultra. I just posted it to explain what they are talking about. On older versions, like mine, you can hide that little gesture bar, however on the S24 it cannot be removed natively. This is what everyone is in an uproar about. They don't want to see the bar at all. Although the Good Lock module Navistar is receiving an update to reinstate the functionality.

I don't know about HDMI displays. I don't own the device (unfortunately the S24U isn't in the budget this year), but I know it can't natively be removed from the S24 yet
