Stuck on a old version of Google Play Store

I reseted my phone recently and for some reason my google play store went back to July 1st. I remember i was in either october or november before resetting the phone. I've tried the comman way to troubleshoot and I haven't found a solution that actually works. Am I the only one here?

Google Play system, not Play Store. They're two very different things. Google really sucks at naming stuff.

And no, you're not the only one. Do a search and you'll find *plenty* of users are stuck on either July or September.

I'm on September the servers get issues at times and updates don't go thru

It's been months like this for those of us stuck on the July update. Two years ago was bad, but this is worse.
