Still Didn't get a clear answer. One UI 7

I bought a refurbished fully unlocked s24 but don't have one ui 7. I do not have a sim card yet and my settings are as follows. 

Do i need a sim or am I having a problem?

Verizon takes unlocked phones. (I'm on Verizon). You can bring your own phone and sign up for one of their plans. Then they will send you a SIM card if you request one. Just go to their website. They have a page that explains all that.
