Software and preloaded system apps

Can't upgrade software, all apps preloaded are systems apps all 456 of them , 80% of settings disabled, all apps have malicious permissions that can't be disabled, play store and play protect auto blocker, Knox security compromised, unauthorized mdm app installed, phone was a replacement for original s24 ultra, this is a replacement which came with 456 preloaded system apps, software scan shows it's running android 10 , chrome browser is 134 and Samsung browser outdated and can't be updated, all url searchs redirected. No website valid if used results of web searchs from 2023 or before,

Unauthorized mdm app installed, have tried many times to factory reset but it doesn't do any thing

Weird. Factory reset would remove all of it. Is it a company phone?

No personal phone not affiliated with any company, but says it has an administrator due to developer adding a work profile and taking control of my phone

Disable every app from having device admin and all file access. That will stop 98% of android malware
The rest is advanced **bleep** that you might have to end up buying a new phone for. Just like how ios has its full tethered jailbreaks.
