Seems like since the last update, I'm deluged with popup ads on my Samsung S24. I have gone through all the steps to block popups but none have worked. Some say that they are part of "Chrome", others say they are part of ATT, neither is found. Anyone else??

Me too, plus after updates something always happens.  The last few update a lot of my pictures are missing. With this last update an album of my great granddaughter is gone. Pictures I cannot replace.

Since last update, every morning I am getting random pop-up when unlocking my phone first thing in the morning after charging.  How can I stop this from happening?

What do you mean pop-ups? If you're getting ads, it's from a third-party app that you installed, not One UI.

What type of pop ups? Ads that say something?

You have either a third party app causing the ads or malware

Go to play and get pop up ad detector. It will show which program is doing it

☆Scan your device for malicious apps.
Go to Settings >Device Care > App Protection > Scan phone to identify any potential threats or malicious apps on your device.

☆ Use Samsung’s Nice Catch app
Some apps are malicious and can have undesirable effects on your device when installed, knowingly or unknowingly. If you’re experiencing unexpected or unexplained ads, pop-ups, wake-ups, etc., Samsung’s Nice Catch app can help identify the offending app so that you can delete it.

Turn on the various categories in Nice Catch.
When the undesirable behavior happens again, check Nice Catch to see which app triggered it.

Download Nice Catch here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.app.goodcatch

☆ Set up an ad-blocking DNS.
Go to Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS > Set to dns.adguard.com

Hope this helps!

Could be a app or game causing the ads that you installed

I can't tell if that was a question or simply a comment.
