I have an "icon that I can't remove from my phone. I 🙏can swipe it to the edge of screen but it never goes away. Comes to home screen when I get close or hover.
Those are system apps, that's why. They don't want you messing with the settings. What kind of message are you getting about Bixby voice and under what circumstances?

Wake up for bixby voice is what I've seen except I've never used bixby. Gemini pro after sending screen shots seems to think I have a security issue maybe even a remote MDM situation. This is y personal phone amd daily it's being backed up and daily I wake up and evey setting I've set is different.
