They still can't get it right.. they kffer samsung care plua for two year at one price and then at checkout its a totally different price.. what a horrible launch

Does anyone know how to file a claim with samsung care I have it for my S24 ultra but when I got to the website to file one it says not devices I've sent emails but really haven't gotten any responses please help.

I have something similar, for example, I phone it has a factory defect and I wanted to apply the change of guarantee but they told me in my service operator that at the moment they still do not have replacement devices available, so I have to wait until they already have Because it's a newly released phone.
