Samsung Rewards' voucher issue

I just claimed the trip.com voucher yesterday evening from samsung points. However this trip.com voucher not working and error mentioned "this promo code has already been added". 

Anyone know how to resolve this?

how did you redeem Samsung points for a Trip.com Voucher Ive never seen that before you alway had to purchase Samsung products only with the reward points

I think Samsung Rewards points might different from each of country's specific wallet. We all gain it by taping to pay where the accumulated points can later be exchanged with voucher from the participating merchants.

I added my payment cards in Samsung wallet for paywave (cashless) payment. The payment transaction will gain points which can be seen in the tab "All" under bottom of my wallet page. From the accumulated points, we can click on it to see the "Get Rewards".
