Samsung Galaxy ring battery drain

So I charged my ring on Thursday, and it's now Sunday. Only 2 1/2 days worth of charge where I use to get almost 7 days. What is up with that. Anyone else having the same issue.

idk if this works, but perhaps try to reset the ring? if the issue still persist then you may need to bring it to nearest service center

Yes, i thought about doing that. It doesn't hurt to try, right? I'm going to give it a shot. But first, I gotta charge the ring.

I've had my ring for a year now and it won't hold a charge more than half a day..

I tried the reset of the ring. And it seems im losing the charge fast.

Same.. 75% charge after hour or 2 off the charger. Got it at launch. Reset does nothing.

The reset doesn't do anything. When i call them later, I will question the battery life of the ring. And what can be done.

MIne did the same thing after 3 months so i called and sent it in and they repaired it for free.

Battery life after a year is almost non existent. Started about a month ago, now its at the point where it doesn't even charge anymore.
