SIM and eSIM not recognized

A couple days ago I updated my Samsung Galaxy S24+ to the one UI 7.0, and after that update my phone was not able to recognize or read my cricket SIM and eSIM, I had go with my provider and they told me that was not related to my service (my SIM works as it should in another phone that I have)

 
Does anybody know how can I fix that problem, I tried everything, restarting my device, on and off the airplane mode, i reseted my data settings, I pulled out my SIM and nothing worked

Saw in another thread that it's a bug in the update, having the same issue as well.
