S24 ultra needs an update to fix the audio speakers

I hope the next update fixes the audio of the s24 ultra speakers its very flat feels it doesnt have much bass and when not using the equalizer it sounds low I shouldn't be using an equalizer if didnt want to better my sound quality and it doesnt make any difference either not by a long shot tbh it just sounds dimmed no bass flat

Trust me, mines brand new and still sounds flat, even with me adjusting the sound settings for more bass. Makes 0 sense why Samsung would throw speakers in it that can't really compete with others. My other phone, a Razr+ 2024 speakers sound absolutely amazing, very loud, pack a huge punch in bass and sounds crisp. I'd use my Galaxy more if the speakers sounded better (and if the screen supported 165hz display like my Razr)

Yes its so frustrating I upgraded from my note 10 plus thinking it would be a huge upgrade for me but in reality its the opposite its just ridiculous

Ive been experiencing the same as well but Ive finally come to the realization that the more expensive things are these days the lower the quality

Ya its just so frustrating I sent a report to Samsung informing them about the issue like I know they wont do anything but at least they are aware of it

I completely agree. I upgraded from my Note 9 that sounded good and I was excited to hear what I thought would be an upgrade in the speaker quality of the s24 Ultra. Once I played rap music on the Ultra, I immediately noticed the flat, lower sound quality so I just thought that I needed to adjust the phone's sound controls and plus, when the bass in a song would play, the volume of the song's other sounds (such as the vocals) would decrease until the bass would stop playing. Because of this sound quality decrease, I often still use by note 9 to listen to music and that's a senseless and frustration decline in quality, Samsung !

Ya i knew I wasnt crazy like its insane to me Samsung should give us a free replacement meaning upgrading the speakers for free let them open it up and replace the speakers but we both know that will never happen for those who want to upgrade the phones speakers

I don't think the update altered the quality of the speakers; whatever is going on with the sound is strictly a software issue.  It's like they took out the equalizer.  The update did not change or damage our speakers in any way.

I think it's something in OneUI7  or Android 15 causing that effect.  I noticed the sound out of my speakers was sounding very tinny or trebley since the update.  I used to think the sound was fabulous out of my A54 speakers.  Now, not so much.  I did boost the bass.  Thankfully, I listen to music through ear gear and voice quality for speaking does not bother me as long as I can understand what is being said.

I think the same thing every since I updated to one ui 7 android 15 it effected my phone's sound quality a lot no bass just sounds flat and very low every since the update it mesed up the sound quality and the bass
