On my phone when I open the camera all the time, literally all the time even if the object is far or close it always keeps the focus enhancer, I have to disable it to be able to use my main camera, I already clean the lents

Check your "settings to keep" in the camera setting by opening the camera app, then scroll down to "settings to keep" option.
