S24 freezing and restarting/Hardware issue

Is anyone else having issues with their S24 freezing and restarting? I have had this phone for less than a year and have to pay a $225 deductible to get a new phone. It's ridiculous that I have to pay for a hardware issue that's not my fault.

Wish I could say the same. My phone freezes and restarts 5-8 times a day

Have you tried wiping cache partition on your phone?

Yes, I have tried all of the recommended steps from clearing the cache to the dreaded factory reset. Nothing worked, it still freezes and restarts 🫤

Send diagnostics logs to samsung and try seeing if theres a software update

I have sent diagnostic logs multiple times and I check daily for updates since they mention that could be a reason. Everything is up to date at this time.

I did, their response was to go to a samsung authorized technician. After some research I saw others with this issue say the motherboard of the phone may need to be replaced or the entire phone needs to be replaced.

Your next step is an authorized Samsung service center to have them look at your phone. Diagnostics is free. Repair if you don't have Samsung Care + will cost you, the phone is probably out of warranty if purchased more than 12 months ago.
