Galaxy S24@wesm Did you buy your phone from Visible? Does the model name end in "U"?

Galaxy S24@wesm Since the model name ends in "U", it is a carrier phone. It sounds like it has Verizon firmware installed. But since you are using Visible, the phone is pointed at Visible's update servers. I doubt that Visible is loading Verizon's firmware on their servers. Therefore you phone can't find an update.
The solution is to temporarily install a Verizon SIM. It doesn't have to have active service. The phone will read the Verizon update servers from the SIM. Then your phone should be able to find the update on Verizon's update servers. After the update, you can switch back to your Visible SIM.
OR... physically flash the phone with Visible's firmware.
