S24 Ultra is still stuck in OneUI 6.1

My phone is Unlocked and I've tried all options to get it updated to OneUI 7 to no avail. 

What could be the problem?

First step is to check if the imei is clean can do a search on how to check that also if possible check if paid off if its not paid off I would get a refund and return

It shows that the device is up to date

Same issue here I was told to call Samsung by carrier, Samsung said to go to Carrier, not the answer I wanted , then I was told to go to Best buy and try geek squad at my expense . Hopefully it doesn't take long time thinking The Samsung dept at Best Buy might help, going in today.

When you buy a device on the secondary market, it is up to the buyer to make sure it is US software. These boards are full of people who have bought devices and can't upate. Look at the model code and make sure it has a U or U1 that will indicate a phone that was marketed for the US. Best Buy, I think, charges $50 to flash the software.

You need to go to a authorized service center and have the software flashed on to the device.
