You need to download Microsoft Company Portal from the Play Store, sign in with your Microsoft 365 account, approve it/authenticate, then the Work Profile automatically gets created.
Hope this is useful for anyone else trying to install Work Profile to use Microsoft 365 apps like Teams, Outlook, etc
I already tried this. It still wont enable the work profile. I was already able to successfully login to my corporate email. But it treated by work apps like Outlook and Teams as personal apps, hence my personal apps accounts are also in outlook and teams. Unlike before you would have different app icons for personal and work apps in outlook.
I used to be able to have personal apps, work apps, and secure folder apps on my S23 Ultra, but when I uninstalled my first work profile there, i was then not able to avail of the work profile anymore. So even in my S23U and now S24U, I can't have a separate app ecosystem between my personal and work apps. -_-
In Settings, Accounts & Backup -> Manage Accounts -> add Account, Work Account. Then go back to Settings, just below Accounts & Backup, go to Google-> All Services -> Set up & restore -> Set up your work profile
Just be aware that some people were having issues with having a work profile enabled. If memory serves me correctly, it was causing severe battery drain issues (or getting very hot, can't remember which now). Number of discussions in the forum if you want to search for them.
