S24 Ultra Outgoing Texting Failures

In the last two days I have found I have a outgoing texting issue on both Samsung and Google message apps. I can receive message's but no one is receiving my messages, original and replies.  I am on Metro PCS. I am getting delivery receipt for the messages I send, but the receivers are not getting the text messages. I have sent my self a text message and I have not received it.  

Actions take to trouble shoot.

Turn off RSC chat, Reset mobile data, restarted the phone, cleared the cache data, checked the SMSC number, 

Anyone else has this problem or recommendation on next steps?

Sounds like an network issue I would suggest contacting your carrier since you’ve already reset everything

Contact your carrier.

Make sure access point nome is correct or even there. Settings/mobile networks/Access point names. The carrier can give you that if unknown

Wouldn't the sim card be good if the text messages are sent and I get a delivery receipt? Everything else is working perfectly. Calls, Data, incoming text messages.

Thanks for all the help. The carrier did not resolve it. They did all the things I have tried. I posted the issue on Google Messenger forum. We will see what they can come up with. I will post the resolution once I get one.

According to Metro PCS there is a issue with Samsung, Google Messenger and/or Metro PCS on some Samsung phones with outgoing text messages. They say they are working on it. I have a open ticket with Metro PCS.
