Galaxy S24Just got my device yesterday. While transferring data from my S23 Ultrai via cable I was trying to charge the S24 wirelessly and it would not charge.

Galaxy S24Hey Samsung
I just received my Galaxy S24 Ultra, after i tried to charge it for the second time it just wont recognize the charger or any USB device connected to it. Restarting the phone fixes the issue but it comes back after some time.
What is the action plan for this? Seems to be this is not a HW issue but a SW one. We need a fix ASAP since the issue is widespread.
