Can your ringtone in text messages change by itself? The past 2 time i changed my friends tone then months later it changes, I go back to setting and it has it on alerts instead of priority.
I haven't had an issue with ringtone but I did have an issue with changing notification sounds. I didn't like any of the Samsung sounds so I downloaded one and for some reason I would change it and then when I would get a notification it would be the previous one. It took a number of times for it to finally change to the one I selected. I have no clue what actually needs to be done to save the sounds permanently. I switched from a budget Motorola phone to Samsung S24 and so far I not not all that impressed with Samsung or having a flagship phone. More quirks to this phone than I care for.
